$79.00 per night for our Standard Guest Rooms
Rate Includes Breakfast, Served Daily
Rates subject to applicable city (7%) and state (6%) taxes. Tax rates subject to change without notice.

RESERVATIONS

Your guests may reserve rooms by calling 940-808-0600 and asking for Liberty Chritian Class of 2001 of GROUP CODE: LCC. Rooms will be available at this rate until 07/16/11. After this date, rooms in the block will go back into inventory for general sale, and the special rate will be based on availability.

Saturday Afternoon Activities

4 hours is not enough time to catch up with friends you haven't seen in 10 years. In hopes of everyone having a little more time to catch up with old friends a few activities for Saturday afternoon have been proposed.

Below are some details, and as you can see two of them still need some volunteers. Let me know if you would like to volunteer as the contact person for one of the two activities.

In general the volunteer should be someone that is planning on doing that activity and can be the contact person for information such as meeting place and time and keeping a list of participants to make sure it is worth going. Pretty simple.

Reunion Info

The time has come!

We have planned a special evening on July 23, 2011 at the Buffalo Valley Event Center in Denton. Please join us for dinner, a cash bar, mingling, dancing, and any general shenanigans that may occur.

If you buy tickets before March 1 they are $85 per ticket, after that they will be $100 per ticket. If you feel the urge to donate a little more, you can buy the regular price tickets at anytime. Ticket prices will then go up slightly more at the door, so please buy early (we could use the early money to help with the venue deposit)! Tickets will include a delicious sit down dinner and a great evening with great friends [insert sentimental and nostalgic thought here].

There will also be a informal get-together on Friday night and a list of optional events for Saturday afternoon. A formal invitation will follow.
